Method
- Prep your glass: Drizzle 2 tbsp homemade strawberry sauce along the inner rim.
- Add 2 tbsp condensed milk to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 1 cup milk of choice over the ice.
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and add to the glass.
- Gently swirl the mixture to blend ingredients.
- Prepare the cold foam: Blend 2 tbsp strawberry sauce, 3 tbsp heavy cream, and 2 tbsp milk until frothy.
- Chill the foam in a sealed container for 10 minutes.
- Top the latte with a generous layer of chilled strawberry cold foam. Garnish with a strawberry or fresh mint if desired.
