Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons coconut syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
  • More coconut syrup to taste (optional)
  • Toasted coconut chips (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Combine heavy cream, coconut syrup, and whole milk in a glass or mason jar
  2. Froth mixture for 20-30 seconds using a milk frother
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice
  4. Pour cold brew coffee into the glass
  5. Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut syrup (or more for desired sweetness)
  6. Top with toasted coconut cold foam and garnish with coconut chips if desired

Notes

Use dark roast cold brew for a bolder flavor
Homemade vanilla syrup can substitute coconut syrup for a different twist
Store cold brew in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
Frothed foam is best used fresh but can be refrigerated for 2-3 days
