- 1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until sugar dissolves and strawberries soften (5–7 minutes). Mash mixture to desired consistency, then strain and discard solids if needed. Cool completely.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and milk. Whisk or use a frother until soft peaks form (5–6 minutes).
- 3. Fill a glass with ice, then add chilled coffee and milk to the tumbler. Stir in 2 tbsp prepared strawberry syrup.
- 4. Spoon or pour cold foam gently on top of the latte. Serve immediately.
Notes
Strawberry syrup can be refrigerated in a bottle for up to 1 week.
