Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp cookie butter (Biscoff spread)
  • ¾ cup milk (any type)
  • Ice
  • Optional garnish: crushed Biscoff cookies or Biscoff foam

Method
 

  1. Brew 1 shot espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a heatproof cup, whisk cookie butter into the hot coffee until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour the cookie butter mixture over the ice.
  5. Slowly add milk while gently stirring to combine.
  6. Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies or Biscoff foam (optional).

Notes

For a frothy texture, steam or froth the milk first.
