Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 scoops instant espresso or instant coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons caramel syrup, divided
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Grab a blender and gather your ingredients
  2. Pour 2 cups of milk into the blender
  3. Add 2 scoops of instant espresso or coffee
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup
  5. Toss in 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth
  6. For a thicker texture, add more ice and re-blend
  7. Pour remaining 1 tablespoon caramel syrup into a tall glass and swirl with a spoon
  8. Pour the blended mixture into the glass
  9. Top with whipped cream if desired

Notes

Use non-dairy milk for a lighter version
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less caramel syrup
Substitute caramel syrup with vanilla syrup or chocolate sauce for a different flavor
Blend longer for a silkier texture
