Method
- Grab a blender and gather your ingredients
- Pour 2 cups of milk into the blender
- Add 2 scoops of instant espresso or coffee
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup
- Toss in 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth
- For a thicker texture, add more ice and re-blend
- Pour remaining 1 tablespoon caramel syrup into a tall glass and swirl with a spoon
- Pour the blended mixture into the glass
- Top with whipped cream if desired

Use non-dairy milk for a lighter version
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less caramel syrup
Substitute caramel syrup with vanilla syrup or chocolate sauce for a different flavor
